I have to vote moniker. They have extremely cheap rate (no need to search endlessly for promo codes) and their interface is pretty easy to use.

That is my favorite, they basically can change DNS in like 30 minutes and they charge $7.99 for first year of domain. If you have a coupon it is $6.99.
